Summary of Article: Facebook as been giving out information about it's users lives and giving them to commercial business, to advertise their products to us. Without and user consent. Apparently the founder of Facebook didn't think it's wrong because it was just getting some advertising on the site. Not to suffer any punshiment Facebook agreed to submit audits that shows it's privacy setting are being informed every other year for the next 2 decades.

Relevance to class: Users privacy is really important to an audience when creating any site. Putting ads on the site on for user is fine, but now when your using their private info to market to them. Most ads people on the net run into are due their searches. This is something to be considered when building the next best thing how well can your private information can be stored.

With the use of the cloud server it is possible to play games by the biggest home console. With games of that mass of size on a sever has it's challenges due to the fact these have to be streamed in a manageable way also able to have stable GUI for most Tablet platforms. With all that done working out the little issues. Tablets may be welcomed to audience of the gamers.

Relevance to class: With the study of how internet is made up it's pretty amazing how this new service of the cloud sever is able to pack so much power to stream a full game. Considering each game is at 6 to 10 GBs. And manageable on a Tablet. Having people using the Tablets being pulled in is like another way to consider how the Web is becoming more of living necessity.

Can the Apple take over Tvs?

Summary of article: With Mirco Soft controlling TV's with Xbox, a gaming system with alot of control over mass media. Apple with it's product Appletv that hasn't really popped into the light as much as the gaming system consider it's self a evolution and soon to grow into it's own television. Apple is know to give you the best quality but now it's going into the business in making actually tv's instead of the little box. With all the good stuff even Apps. It could be even good or bad but it can be pricy.

Relevance to class: Apple a monster of a company is now going into tv's. Tv's with Apps sounds crazy, now launching Safari as well. There are going to be new ways of programming a webpage. Such as we have mobile sites, it can be possible to lead into Tv based sites.

When viewing ones profile you will have in option to report the user. When you do this can have a option of reasons, one of them is because of nude photos. Thus overriding the privacy commend that was put there. Now Facebook is looking into the issue in hope to fix the current situation.

Relevance to class: With all builds to a website, there can be some issues in code. Watching one of most visited websites and well built social networks, go through it's ups and downs and fixing it's flaws helps us learn what we should or not to do.

Article Summary: During the first release of Google Chrome in 2008 little by little it started creeping  behind Fire Fox. Over time Google Chrome was able to build fan based to it fast speed but also building the same tools FireFox has. Due to some browser crashing on the Fire Fox updates, Google was able to the users satisfied especially when the updates are done in the background without stopping your browsing.

Relevance to class: Since we are learning about how web structure is important and the applications we use to access the internet is important. Knowing the flaws and what works with users is important to us, because their are features that may work on one browser then the other.

As we all know the web gives access to all types of information. Especially when it comes to pirating software, music, and videos. There is a new guy that has also got kidnapped and that is books. With the release of the Kindle and the E-Readers there are full novels out there to download. Some users post the novels up for free for other users.

Relevance to class:
We often talk about the web, and what is legal to do. And since the E-Readers are now linked to the source such as the interent, now it's seen as a another source like mobile phones. Seeing how it's also subject to piracy, like every other software. This article brings us awareness.
